Amazon India — Full and final settlement amount not received after 30 days

My Last working day in Amazon was 14th March and i have still not recived my full and final settlement amount.
I have been in touch with erc-exit india team from last 1 month through email but I am not getting any update from them.
There are 2 tickets which they have opened from last 1 month and is still in open state without any proper clarification.
Amazon owes me a very huge amount ~ 20 lakhs and this issue is not getting resolved from last 30 days
