Amazon India — full and final settlement issue

I resigned to my job on 19/02 of this year and i got my full and final settlement letter after 20 days in which there are “other deductions” when i called the ecr team to check what are these deductions for they are not responding or clarifying my doubts. I have been calling the exit team or ecr team how say they don’t have an update on this ticket call us back after 1 pm when i call back after 1 pm they say the concern person is not available he would call you back once is in the office i never received a call from the concern person and my ticket has been resolved without any resolution i have to clear this thing with amazon.
