My Name is Puneet Singh from chandigarh. I have ordered 3 (1 Samsung Mobile + 1 JBL Speaker + 1 x Lenovo power bank) items through Amazon but receive only 2 (1 mobile + 1jbl speaker). I have received a notification pertaining that Lenovo powerbank has been delivered but when I called my family, they denied that no one delivered anything. I called to amazon customer care and I was told to wait for 4 days as this would happen. after 5 days I contact their customer service and I was told if the order didn't came they will refund the money but vain result. I tried to contact with Amazon customer care again and they said they already put the refund request and they will refund the money. during yesterday their representative called my wife and start investigating and asked for package and when she said we didn't received it he changed his tune and said why you guys complaining and asking for refund when you already received the package. she simply asked for the receiver name or signature they have given the package but he didn't said anything. I tried to contact with them and they straight away said they know the policy and they don't have to tell me the policy but they deliver the package to Puneet Singh. I explain that I am in Turkey how can you deliver the package to me when I am not in India, they said it was delivered by 3rd party and they cannot do anything. they will not refund money.
Is this the way so called company Amazon works. I just share this to my colleagues here and they starts laughing saying that incredible India. I am not worry for my money but the insult I felt yesterday I cannot describe you.
I have decided to request through you as when I complaint about the bank last time they refund the money straight away therefore I would like to request you to help me out for this as well.
Amazon should pay the penalty and the harassment I am going through.

Dear Sir/Madam, after filling this complaint I have received a email from Amazon as well as I was told by Amazon that they will rectify and resole this issue but today again they replied on same way that they already delivered the package and they cannot refund my money. I was trying to contact with them since the very first day that I haven't received the package but they don't want to listen. I have ordered 3 items and I received 2 items but not the cheapest one. if I really want to grab the items I should go with the expensive one not the cheapest one but they do not want to listen. I asked them to show me the receiver signature while they deliver the package as there might be a signature received by their representative when they deliver the package but they ignored and disconnect the chat. how can some reliable to them if they are behaving in this way. please be more hard to them as this is not going to be acceptable and I will definite go to consumer court personally when I will be in India. meanwhile I am expecting your favor as earlier done to me and believe that after chasing hardly by you, they will refund the money. thanks in advance for your efforts and kind action. but they are denying to help me as well as they do not have any records whether they deliver the package or not. they are telling me to check with your neighbors, this shouldn't be the reply by a professional company who dealing in more than 50 countries. please help me

    Dear team,

    I want to inform you that an fraud transaction has been made on my amazon account dated on 05/03/2019 in the name of komparify for rs 322.00 which was not done by me. I have wrote many emails and did follow-up on phone as well but till date i didn't get back my refund. I have also submitted the proof that these transaction has not been done by me but still i am not getting any positive response on my concern. Being a prime customer of amazon i could not expect such poor customer service from them. I request you to registered my complaint against amazon for non cooperation and delaying in refund of rs 322.00 into my amazon pay balance account. I hope now appropriate action has been taken on my complaint to solve the issue on first priority.

    Also i would like to give suggestion on such deduction is that kindly do now allow any third party application to deduct the money until client give their own consent to do so like before any such deduction an "otp" must be sent on the registered mobile number and email id so that the client must aware about such transaction.

    Dear Team,

    I want to inform you that an unauthorised transaction has been made on my amazon account dated on 05/03/2019 in the name of komparify for Rs 322.00 which was not done by me. As per the advice of customer care agent of amazon I also contacted to komparify.com teeam and they provide me the details of the transaction including the IP address and user details. I have wrote so many emails and did follow-up on phone as well but till date I didn't get back my refund. I have also submitted the proof that these transaction has not been done by me but still I am not getting any positive response on my concern. Being a Prime customer of Amazon I could not expect such poor customer service from them. I request you to registered my complaint against amazon for non cooperation and delaying in refund of Rs 322.00 into my amazon pay balance account. I hope now appropriate action has been taken on my complaint to solve the issue on first priority.

      I was very pleased with the speedy delivery provided by amazon services, but to my horror the product that i ordered was a used one. Now, i know that there are plenty of product miscarriages while delivery but clearly my product was a used one because the product was not in new condition.

        I had ordered dji tello drone with hd camera worth rs. 12990 (Prepaid by credit card) on amazon.in on 21/2/19. Order number was[protected] the seller was ‘global digital india’. On 24/2/19. I received the package but on opening the package i was surprised to find 2 boxes of bangles inside it. The print label on the box carried the same order number but the seller was not the one from which i had ordered the original item. The seller on print label is ‘pixel creations’. I complained to the customer care of amazon and they said that they will investigate which will take 3-5 days. As requested, i mailed them images of print label and the bangles. Even after waiting for 5 days, i did not receive any response from them. On contacting them again, they said that they have delivered the right package. Despite writing to them multiple times, amazon customer care has failed to provide:
        A satisfactory explanation as to why the print label carries the name of a different seller.
        Copy of their internal investigation report.

          Hello sir,
          My name is rahul pareek and one of your customer. My registered mobile number at amazon [protected].
          I ordered some books and paid the by debit card. However, out of 5 books, 4 delivered on time and 5 one still not delivered.
          Firstly they update about 5 book (How to win friends and influence people.), your parcel delivered late and your parcel delivered on 5 march 2019.

          But after 5 march 2019, i contact amazon customer care, but their answer not in a certain manner and try to manipulate.

          Now they don't respond to me about my parcel.

            I had booked one whirlpool fridge on 8th of march and it was supposed to deliver on 16th of march 2019 however they have sent me one manufacturer defective hence i have rejected the deliver as i had one option for open box inspection, as the product was defective the delivery boy has taken it back but my order status has been updated as delivered.               I ordered 2 items on 20th feb 2019

              Order #[protected]

              Order total : rs.583.00

              Amazon placed status to delivered and didn't delivered my product.

              When i call customer care they are saying as it is showing delivered on 23rd feb so they cannot give product or refund.

              Without delivery confirmation from our side. How can they keep status as delivered. If they keeping status delivered they to provide us proof of delivery with signature of the receiver. If they cannot provide that they need to resend my product or give me refund.

              Please kindly solve my issue.

                Hi i had really bad bad experience today by amazon.in and amazon delivery department there is a agent in ulhasnagar who behaved tottaly disrespectfully and used harsh language on call multiple times and purposely denied for delivery on the schedule day by amazon itself

                Amazon should think 1000 times before they hire these kind o[censored]nprofessional and irresponsible people who doesn't know how to treat customers his name is girish dembani working for amazon covering ulhasnagar location for delivery

                But i am totally disappointed by amazon who can't control situation like this whole day i did follow up on calls and chats they failed to get me delivery on the same day schedule by them

                I have paid in advance for the order and i am suffering these kind of situation which will be not tolerate in future

                Today is me tomorrow someone else will get and face these kind of problems

                I really salure amazon.com they really serve customers like god i wish amazon.in amazon india will be same in future if they hire good people

                I will suggest amazon india don't spoil your reputation in this online market there are other brands are ready to serve customers better

                      I placed order on amazon tracking id no.[protected] as per amazon delivery will be today in ulhasnagar pin code 421002 that's right but what i faced problem that was totally rude and unprofessional,

                      Delivery agent came he called his mobile number is [protected] and his name is girish dembani he was tottaly rude and told me delivery will be tomorrow who the hell are you deciding that you will deliver tomorrow,

                      As per amazon delivery is today and i have paid in advance money and look what i have to face just like they are doing favour on me for services

                      This is tottaly rediculous amazon should take strict action on this matter and should not hire these kind o[censored]nprofessional illiterate people in future

                      I need revert on this and necessary actions asap,

                            I ordered a phone redmi note 6 pro (Order no[protected]) through amazon on february 25th 2019. The phone became dead in a week without any mishappening. Amazon representatives told me that they will replace the phone with a new one. On separate 2 occasions there delivery boys didn't pick up the phone saying the phone is dead which itself is the problem that the phone has became dead in a week. Every day the representatives told me for a week that the problem will be solved in 24hrs. I stayed late at night at office in wait of their delivery boys who after arriving every time told me that they will not pick up phone. Atlast i asked for refund. They said again a delivery boy will come and this time it will only be pick up. Again the delivery boy said that he has not received any such information from amazon. The customer care representatives told me that they have raised the complaint, escalated the issue, sent the mail everyday. I would like to add that the report regarding my dead phone has already been submitted by aamzon technician. Despite then they could not communicate a simple thing and have not taken back or replaced the phone

                              I had purchased oneplus 6t phone on 02/03/2019 and it was delievered on 03/03/2019.
                              I found that the alert slider on right side of the device is in a damaged condition.
                              So, i asked for a technician visit and the appoinment was scheduled on 07/03/2019, that day the technician didnt show up.
                              I contacted amazon and they asked me to reschedule the appoinment.
                              The next date available was 11/03/2019, so i booked it. Again the technician didnt show up.
                              I again contacted amazon and they asked me to reschedule, the next date available was 14/03/2019.
                              No, my 10-day return window was expiring on 13/03/2019, so i informed amazon regarding this, they assured me that i had raised the issue well within that period and assured me that its their responsibility to look after the issue.
                              On 14/03/2019, the technician visited and told me to ask for a replacement.
                              Now, when i contacted amazon they told me to contact oneplus as my return window period is over and they cant help.
                              Even, the technician had marked my compalint resolved without my concern or anything.
                              How can they be so irresponsible and make conclusions on their own?
                              First of all, it is the technician who doesnt show up during the initial appoinments and when he does he marks the compalint resolved without my issue.
                              Secondly, amaozon assures me for assistance and now is not sticking to its own words.
                              They have fooled me during this 10-day return window period and now denying any kind of help.
                              I deserve the replacement of a damaged device but not getting any help.

                              I am attaching some images to support my cause.

                              These are the conditions for Replacement as per AMAZON and its so-called policies.
                              My product is "Physically Damaged"and even the Technician has marked "Not Satisfied", still they decide to bot help me anyhow and look for my own solutions.
                              The product costed me Rs. 46, 099.00
                              and evem after spending so much, I get a damaged prodyct without any Replacement, then that a point to worry for all who purchase from Amazon.
                              Thats total humiliation and an easy method to fool customers. Claps for Amazon for this kind of disrespect

                                Ordered a laptop on amazon via seller shopspare. Instead i recieved bricks in the box. I have full video and images proof. Even the ecom courier guys saw the bricks. Order details are in the screenshot attached.
                                I order a laptop worth rs 51500 rupees via amazon but when the package reached me. The box was too small even to accomodate a laptop and was making noise on movement. When i opened the box i found bricks and marbles. I doubt seller shopspare is playing a fraud game. They have bad feedback from other customers as well. Justice shall prevail.

                                No action is being taken in this regard. Meanwhile Amazon investigation team is continuously denying this fraud and are alledging that I've recieved laptop even when i provided them with sufficient proof to prove otherwise. The seller is a fraud, Amazon isn't able to digest it. I provided the video proof and all necessary info. Even ecom courrier guy can testify that all I recieved was a few half bricks and a marble piece, he is a witness to this fraud... I have all the proof to fight my case in court but I want it to settle via Amazon as I need the refund urgently, got no time for any of this.

                                  I have a seller account in amazon india by the name of 'shopspare'. I am not able to login my account from last 7 days. They are not even replying my emails. They dont even have their seller support number. I have inventory in their fba warehouses and also my payment is pending which is more than 5 lacs. But they are not reponding to any thing. They done this fraud with many sellers. Please help me.

                                    I am being billed $13.54 a month for something that i don't know what for. I asked to not be involved with this and have gotten another bill for it. Please take me off of whatever this is. I don't want it. On my chase statement it is listed as: amazon prime amsn.com/bill wa. This started when i purchased a sewing machine on ebay. Something popped up on screen about a payback and when i tried to find about it they said i had signed up for this whatever it is. I don't even know what they were talking about but i would like to get off this billing each month.

                                      I had ordered borosil klip n store microwable container with lunch bag on 5th march 2019 order no[protected] by paying full amt. Rs 988. Delivery date was 13 - 15 march. On 13th march i got sms saying my order has been cancelled and refund rs 988/-initiated. On 14th march i got sms saying refund success. But i have not recd. My money yet. My order is also not visible on amazon

                                      I am receiving a reoccurring charge on my credit card of 12.99. i need to cancel whatever it is that is causing this charge.
                                      I am Sumit Prakash from Kanpur My offer number is QS1462633.I was working with Amazon Dada Nagar B 155 Industrial Area as a SSA ( Station Support Associate) on 27 Dec 2018 after 5 working days my Supervisor Sumit Sharma told me you can't continue with us.but my five working days payment is not given me in my account which is registered with Ikya.

                                        I had received this product and i checked it upto my knowledge. But the mobile body was bloated at the centre of mobile screen that i saw after the replacement date was over.. So i decide to go for gionee care.. And they told me that it cost me 4000 for repair it. Actually it is manufacturing defect so why should i pay for that.. So please kindly do something as soon as possible
