My order no.[protected]. Your rep called me from cell [protected] around 1219 pm today asking me to collect the item from him as he cannot come to my home address to deliver. I told i have paid delivery charges and he is to deliver the item at the address. He said he will return the item for some else of his colleague to deliver by this evening. Meanwhile i was shocked and astounding to see a mail from amazon.in that my item was not delivered as there was no one to receive the item where as no one attempted after the above phone call.
