I had purchased a garmin vivoactive hr smartwatch on amazon from Mp pvt ltd - amazon marketplace By paying in full by credit card on 27th october Delivery was promised on 7th nov When i did not receive the product i called up[protected] at around 2 pm on 8th november spoke to an executive who could not understand my point she put me to a team leader ayush who was more interested in teaching me amazons policies having no clue for closure of my issue I know the vendor does not have the product to supply to me And amazon is only trying to buy time and not pay my money back It is not my mistake that you could not deliver me the product on your due date ie 7th nov. I know the vendor is trying to con you since he does not have the product with him You may chose to be conned but please pay my money back before end of day today ie 8th november 2017 Was this information helpful? | |||
