Amazon India — Gift Card expired before the end of 23rd Feb 2017 | |||||
I am Johson & Johnson Employee we are big Client of Amazon. my Gift Card ID No [protected] was showing a balance of INR 3157 with an expiry as 23rd feb 2017 . i have logged in at apporx 10.30 pm for online shopping and when i went to make payment entire amount became Zero shocking for me still 23rd feb is not over and the card expired. this is very bad experience. kindly re-credit my account with INR 3157 .
