Amazon India — Grievance to the whole team pickup not done and give me the damaged refrigerator | |
I want to inform you that I received a damage refrigerator then I inform to amazon team and thanks for that amazon accept my replacement. But I am very disappointed for the amazon services that the created the amazon pick up but the not picked up from the date of complaint 02.11.2020. Already first promises date was 05.11.2020 and then I twice complaint the amazon team but still no one contact to me and still not done this pick up. this big appliance very expensive but they not have proper step. Its very unfairness issue from the amazon team. I have very embarrassed. Please give me the replacement and also please check properly the whirlpool refrigerator and send me, and also please pick up my old one. Order no: [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
