[Resolved]  Amazon India — guaranteed product delivery

I didn't get the order on delivery date
And the order was guaranteed delivery.
The order was supposed to deliver 1 oct the guaranted date and now they are saying it will arrive 3 oct.
Please help me
And they are ignoring me on the chat support and on the call they are still saying that you have to wait for 24 hours.
I want my order as soon as possible and today itself.
Its not my fault that it didn't arrive
