Amazon India — Handset not replaced by amazon india after gionee service center issued doa letter | |||||
Purchased gionee marathon m4 grey phone from amazon.in through seller telicart on 18.10.2015 via order #[protected]. I approached gionee's service center (Gc[protected]) in bangalore jayanagar and they issued on 19.09.2016 me a doa letter through which i would be able to return my faulty handset to the seller and get a new handset. Sameday i had approached amazon for the same on 19.09.2016 itself and on 25.09.2016, i was told that i should contact the manufacturer (Gionee) and not amazon.in between i was in constant touch with amazon and different promises were made to me but neither refund nor new handset was provided.
