Amazon India — harassment by amazon courier service (dhanbad) | |||||
Dear sir, Currently i am in south africa and i had been using amazon india services for long time. Last month (18th-aug) i placed an order of 4 items (Delivery location was dhanbad, jharkhand, india), out of four items i received two items first. Normally amazon dhanbad courier services are very bad in terms of behavior and ill practices, and i complained about it via amazon chat support. Knowing this they (Courier people) immediately returned my remaining two items. I contacted amazon support and they noted the issue and requested me to raise a new order. I clearly asked amazon team to confirm if they are not able to deliver the order then i will use alternative but amazon team assured that they are personally monitoring this and it will be delivered on priority. Also i requested to keep the order with them at least for a day and my family can go their and collect that in case they find any difficulty. Based on the assurance received by amazon team again i placed an order for those items. As soon as order reached dhanbad they again returned the order saying that product was damaged, without informing anyone. I was keep monitoring the order and asked amazon support team to request courier people not to return the order even if damaged but nothing work. Every time they return the order saying that package was damaged. This time amazon team placed replacement order and again i got all false assurance. This time again they returned the order. I reported the issue and got same final reply from amazon that it will not happen in future. Now, amazon should answer me below questions: 1. When i asked to confirm whether they can deliver or not then why they have given false assurance. 2. There was some feeling and emotion attached with the order which i sent as gift for some occasion. Who has given rights to amazon to play with someone emotions. 3. Who has given right to amazon courier to blacklist me when i raised very valid compliant. I contacted amazon and they are again saying that it wont happen in future, also they confirmed that they cannot do anything. I feel like tortured and cheated. Everyday i waste time to deal with new amazon people no one is listening me me. Request you to help me on this serious issue. I will be very grateful to you. There is a charge of 135.89 on my card that I did not purchase, please contact me reguarding this no clue what this is even for look like it was deducted on Sept 7 2017.
