I had so many complaint for regarding above order delivery 15 days over but product not received till time. Or not track & lost rs. 200 cashback offer in this process.
Please take action for compensation policy in this regard for reputed organisation. Mr. Ashish executive reply 'i understand that you have received cash back on the order and you wants the same offer applied to the fresh order as this was not delivered. I am very sorry but there is no such option that we can give you some offer code which can be applied on the next order to avail the same cash back.
This is not fare and totally fraud activities for cashback regarding.
