Amazon India — helicon gas burner... fraud service provider and no help from amazon | |||
I have bought helicon gas burnor from amazon in nov. 2018. It has service provider's number in description. Before purchasing this, i called up raj singh (Whose number updated on amazon as service perovider). He assured me that they provide service when required by just giving them a call. Then only i purchased this. Initial weeks it was working fine, but it started trobling me in dec. I called up [protected] (Raj singh the service prvider) he forced me to send him video of gas on whatsapp which i denied as i am facing gas leakage issue from burnor which is highly dangerous. He asked me to send him address to send his machenic for replacement. I did, but no responce and amazon is denying any help in this stating this is service provider's job. Service provider is disconnecting my calls and not even responding on msgs. This is highly dangerous as it is regarding safety of my family. It is still under once year warranty. I seek help in this asap as amazon is bluntly denying any help and i cant take risk regarding with safety of family. Seeking help on priority. This is cheating case.
