Amazon India — Hopeless | |||
I placed an order for some gym equipments on 15th of August. You guys were delivering it on 8th of September (that's 24 days). On the last day, I get a call from the delivery agent, who talks to me as if he is doing some favour on me, and tells me that the courier has come and I have to pay 298/- as octroi charges. The product wont be delivered, if I dont pay this amount. Why wasn't I informed about this in the first place. Then I called him again, and he tells me that since I refused to pay the octroi he is taking the product back. Who the hell is he to take my product back, when I have paid for it. Is Amazon left in the hands of such people? Thank you such a wonderful experience, and I will ensure that I never shop from Amazon. I have cancelled my order. Procees a refund in my credit card, as I dont want anything from Amazon. Was this information helpful? | |||
