Amazon India — Horrible customer service | |||||
I had ordered a product from amazon on 6th july 2016 and i had paid rs. 1100 from my account. The same product was cancelled on 7th july. I have been following up for refund since 7th july and there has been no action on the same. Every time i call up their customer service, a different representative take up the call & does not provide any solution, Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have been following up for my refund since 7th July and there has been no action on the same. every time i call up their customer service, a different representative take up the call & does not provide any solution.
Till date no action has been taken by amazon and no refund has been initiated.
Kind request, please help me resolve this matter and help me to get my money back that is with Amazon since 6th July.
