Amazon India — I am cheated, the product was not delivered. | |||||
My name is Richu G Samuel. I ordered 3 products from Amazon (Invoice number: KA-QSAR[protected] on[protected]. The product was deliverable on[protected]. I got the message confirming delivery will be done on 22nd morning. I tried to contact the delivery boy provided in the message, but he continuously cut my phone. I waited the whole day, At night around 7 PM, I got a message informing me product cannot be delivered and the package is being sent back to the seller. When I called the customer service, they apologized and told me to order again. I told them the cost of the product has increased by nearly 500 INR (cumulative). If I make a new order, I will be losing that much money and Amazon will be getting that. I believe I am being cheated. Please help me. Please find the attachment for the copy of invoice, new updated product of product on 22nd October 2016. Desirable solution: Please help me to get justice .I believe Amazon should deliver me the product at the same price that they promised me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
