Amazon India — I am complaining about the return of a product that has not been picked up in 1 month

I had ordered 3 electric grilles of which 2 were damaged severely, as sent by the seller since the package was intact, and I filed a approved return request, number[protected], but even after almost a month, the package has not been picked up. And anyone from Amazon refuses to talk about it. The return status cannot be altered as we'll since it is above the return date
