Amazon India — I did recharge of 239 on 19th July but the transaction got failed and amount got deducted and it's been 13 days and no response

Sir i did my transaction of ₹239 on 19th July on recharge on my own number but due to any problem my transaction got failed and amount got deducted and on continuosly calling customer services they told that it will be refunded within 5 to max 7days but today it's been 13 days and there is no any money refunded yet and on asking they told to contact bank but on calling bank customer care regularly for 3 days there is no response of call at all .
Sir i wish that this issue must be resolved as soon as possible as i see no other options available.
