Amazon India — I don't get my refund

Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 2255 which send to my account on 09th nov.2020 from Amazon.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. 74332740314031399010355 and I have waiting almost 12 days but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have called against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank consultant. I have called against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

Dear sir i have including details with reference no. So please refund my money as soon as possible.
