Amazon India — I had paid Rs.1.26 lakhs followed by anotherRs.19821/- for the supply of 7 Double bed of sheshamom wood

I had paid Rs.1.26 lakhs through Amazon India for the supply of 6 Double bed of She shamom wood as per the description given in the website of Amazon India vide oder id no.[protected],[protected],[protected] on 02 and 03 May, 2023.Again on 05/05/2023 I paid Rs.19821/- for the supply of one Double bed of Solid Shesamom Wood as per the description of Amazon India vide Order No.[protected].My phone no.was supplied to the seller by Amazon India and the seller told that he would be supplying the single double bed first and gave a Dummy Delivery Courier receipt which on enquiry was found to be a dummy one.Than immediately demanded for refund of all money I have paid. But an amount of Rs.16, 721.52 is reflected to be refunded.I informed the Customer care people of Amazon for last three days the the amount Rs.19821 /- is paid after all deductions but Amazon is calous in taking any action for payment of Rs.19821/- in addition to Rs.1.26 lakhs as refund as cancelled all the order as it is found to be an act of Fraudulent. Kindly take note of it so that I get refund of every single pie I have paid.
