My name is Yokesh, I ordered a graphics card from amazon india but when i received the order it was a scam, they sent a zebronics motherboard instead of gpu. The size of three fan gpu is almost 6 times that of the parcel that I received. So as soon as in received i reached out to customer care of amazon and placed the refund. They told me to wait till 18 and said that the order delivered is correct and it cannot be returned. I don't know on what basis they are saying that this order is delivered correctly, they didn't send me any photo or any kind of proof for that. But I have a proof that this was wrong item the package containing the order is very small to fit the gpu that i ordered that itself is a proof that this was a wrong order. Moreover, i received a mail from amazon ofm stating that i have returned too many products back and i have exceeded the limit but this is the first order that i am ordering using my business account and I have also replied to the ofm mail but till now didn't get any reply. Also, when i contacted the customer service i was not getting a proper reply or way forward to resolving this they are simply cancelling my call while i am talking which is very unprofessional and rude. After a two three mail communications with pictures they accepted for a return and i have mails for that. Already i was very much disappointed from parcel that i received that case worsened by the way i was treated. after accepting for a refund no one came to pick-up upon calling them again they are saying the old story again that " the product was delivered correctly and no return can be accepted" i don't know what to do further on this. when i ask for proof for delivering the right product they are simply cancelling the call. I am very much deppressed because of this (last 2 weeks has been devestating for me)
