[Resolved] Amazon India — I ordered jegging combo from amazon with quantity of 44 and they fraud send me only 1 jegging | |||||
I ordered jegging pack of 44 and they send me only 1 jegging... I contact with their customer care about this and ask them to provide me compensation for my order but they refused to give me compensation they cheated me i want to file a complaint (Case) against them... Please help me by taking very strong action against them asap so they will know the power of a customer they are fraud.. My order i'd is:[protected] My amazon account i'd registered with mobile no. Verified Support Jan 22, 2020 Amazon India Customer Care's response Reference No. – 6561We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Suraj Varshney ("Complainant") and find that he had ordered for FNOCKS Girls Casual WEAR Slim FIT Denim Look Jeggings (44, 12-13 Years ("Product") from an independent third party seller Mohini Enterprises ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").I It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs. 449.00, as requested and required by the Complainant was processed into his Amazon Pay Balance on 8th November, 2019 via Gift card ID: [protected]. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers. In view of the above, the issue stands closed. | |||||
