Amazon India — I purchased a Smartwatch which was missing from the box and I had a proof with me but Amazon is not solving the issue

I ordered a Firebolt Ring Smartwatch worth Rs 4999 from Amazon and when I received the box, all the documents were there but the smartwatch was missing. It was a new smartwatch so I made a unboxing video, the video is not very clear but the things shown there is sufficient to prove that the product was missing from the box. I immediately contacted the customer care of Amazon but no action was taken by Amazon team. I'm in a big loss since then. I already paid for the order and I was waiting for my order and Amazon didn't deliver the product to me. I don't know what to do now as I have paid Rs 5000 and received nothing out of the box. Please help me getting me the matter solved.
