Amazon India — I received the wrong product, I want to return it and get a refund

The packet was not open delivery but still open in front of the delivery boy where I found there is another packet inside the packet where a random address is written. when I opened it a towel came out from there and a large invoice bill came out a random name, and details over there.
I called on 25th, due to no update in cash payment system the customer executive asked me to wait for 24 hours and then next day again same things happen 48 hours for Wait due to not reflecting my payments on there system but they will give me full assurance now today[protected] I call again they're saying I have to wait for another 4 days which is wrong. what is my mistake, give me my money, you can keep watching or doing whatever whoever has made a mistake.
I found this wrong and I also found this system of these people wrong, that is why I am writing here. I request you to kindly look into this matter I hope that I will get help from you. Thanks!

If you do not have this product, please cancel it. What is this that you send anything and later take the customer's money and wait for 1/2 weeks and get that money!
It is like taking money, you are doing your business work by keeping that money worth millions like me.
Customer service executive aren't willing to take action rather false assurance! Everyday I am giving complaint and photo! even they will get a call but I don't receive any call from them.

I totally understand it's a big company, and also admit mistakes happen everywhere But the resolution should also be quick because there is so much manpower too. It is the digital era, if a person has to wait for a week for an issue, what kind of solution/resolution/response is this? is there any benefit in being a big company!?
