Dear sir,
I purchased a sparx sandals by pay on delivery on date 13-nov-2021 from amazon.when the pruduct was received, it was not same which I ordered. So I returned it as amazon's procedure 18-nov-2021 and i add my canara bank account details .they picked it from my address and initiated a payment as refund The maximum time frame was 7 days .it was cleared from their side (Amazon)
.The successful transaction no [protected].when I call amazon they are saying to call customer care of canara bank and when I call customer care they are saying to visit canara bank .when we visit canara bank they are saying to Amazon with your reference no.what can I do now.i am so confused. Please help me.
