Amazon India — I returned the wrong item they sent but not refunding my money

Hi, i ordered SanDisk 128 GB memory card from Amazon India ( www.amazon.in ) . They sent me a 4 gb Kingston memory card . So I returned the item . The returned item reached to the seller . Now they are saying that they can't refund my money . I returned the wrong product and also they have my money .
