Amazon India — If you look at the service, it doesn't respond properly, it doesn't look properly.

There was an issue on the mother board of the TV which was recognised by the service person and didn't check the other issues when complained in the consumer court complaint number is 72679 after replacing the mother board the TV is not working because the service person said the light of the TV is fused but he refused to change it which is under warranty and can be claimed.Now, I kindly request to change the parts of the TV which are the issues or else give the replacement of the TV or to file the case against the seller of the TV company.This has caused a lot of stress to my family and I.Please look into this problem and resolve it immediately.
