Amazon India — Illegal charges and harrassment

I am amazon customer from last 5 years. I have amazon pay account. I have auto setup on my amazon pay account. My due date was 5 april i have fund available in my account but still payment did not go through and i got rs 300 late fee. I am trying to connect with amazon customer service via chat and mo one is helping me. They just transfering to another person ad then they just disconnecting chat without any resolution and without any notice. I called customer service but using abusive language and disconnecting call. I am struggling form last 3 days. No help.
