Amazon India — I'm complaining about my stuck refund. | |
Hi, In September I bought a mattress from Amazon India. Due to some reasons, I returned the item. 4 days passed and no refund was initiated. I then called up the buyer and they told me that they have initiated the refund and it will take 5-8 business days to reflect in my account. Now, it has been like 1 and a half months approx and I still haven't received the refund, that is, ₹6, 140. I also called amazon many times to seek help and then they said it has been marked complete in their data and also the money has been deducted from their account. They told me, my bank PNB must be facing some issues, they even provided me a reference number and told me to tell my bank to track it. I went to my bank 5-6 times and asked them for the same, but they said they could not help me. It is amazon that can solve this issue. Finally, amazon told me to fill a charge dispute form, so that both the parties work together on this issue, but I could not find the form. So here I am.
