Amazon India — I'm unable to order anything.

From 27/6/2025, I'm unable to place any order. Whatever i place order it got reject automatically.
than i contacted amazon customer service, they said your account have some glitch and please send email an email to [protected]@amazon.in. i send an email to them and they said "We canceled your orders because it violates the terms of our Conditions o[censored]se agreement. We have noticed some unusual activity with one of your accounts as multiple refunds or replacements were requested in the past."
but the amount of order i place an order from amazon since i open the account is a lot in comparison of refund and replacement.
And i apply for replacement or refund not intentionally, it's just when the product and service didn't work at all.
kindly help me to get my account as normal.
