Hi Team,
This is wrt to order number[protected] placed from my husband's Amazon account. Item description - Emily Pets Day to Caturday Waterproof Pet Cat Space Bag Small Pet Dog Carrying Bag Space Pet Rucksack Bubble Astronaut Backpack(Turquaise Blue).
Order was placed on 28th June. Item value - 2399/- and it was a prepaid order. It was delivered on June 3rd. Upon opening the package, we saw product delivered was purple colour (not what we ordered) and immediately raised return request under category 'Incorrect item delivered '.
Item was picked up on July 4.

Now after more than 10 days of waiting and requesting for an investigation, Amazon is asking us to correct item before issuing refund.
Please note, neither we have the bag with us nor we have received any refund.
After repeated talking to customer service and to-and-fro emails with the specialist team, ee are getting the same message to send over correct item.
I requested them to atleast send back the item which we have collected from us and rhat we will talk to seller directly from return and refund, Amazon is not returning the product as well to us. Basically our 2399/- is stuck by this fraudulent Amazon and we don't have any option.
I spoke to Mr. Yashwanth kumar from Amazon leadership team and he suggested to go the legal route or consumer forum or social media instead of giving us a proper resolution. Attaching relevant emails and pictures.
