Amazon India — incorrect product delivery-no refund since 8th july'18 | |||||
Product delivered is faulty. Ordered-2TB Seagate External Hard Disk from Amazon.in and got a hard disk chip. Paid Cash on Delivery 1890. Called amazon for cancellation and refund- customer service confirmed 4 times that this is cancelled and refund will be initiated shortly. It's been 12 days(8th July) and no action taken.
