Amazon India — Invoice -Bill to address - correction required | |||
As per my order summary[protected], bill to address in invoice should be as follows, where in bill to address mentioned in tax invoice is different. Kindly send the revised invoice as per the below bill to address: My mobile number [protected]. M VISWANATHAN - Wipro Ltd. 88, M G Road, SB Towers, 6th Floor - A wing M G Road BANGALORE, KARNATAKA 560001 India I had complained about this to customer care and I spoke to Ms. Sangeetha, but I was told it is not possible to do changes in bill to address. When it is not my fault, and the order booking summary clearly states the correct bill to address, how can Amazon, mention the bill to address as the same as ship to address. I need the amended invoice with correct bill to address as per the order book summary as mentioned above.
