Amazon India — invoice not showing imei number. order no[protected]

I am writing for this issue from 12/07/2019. Today 22/07/2019, but my issue not resolved yet. I share snapshot of ime i also. My newly purchased mobile handset is in dead position from last 10 days. Service centre required ime i number bill.in amazon apps order detail page also not showing ime i number. Please send ime i mentioned invoice to my mail i'd.

visit amazon website in pc and download bill, there will be 3.invoice.order summary, and warranty slip.from these documents your problem will get resolved.
