It's been almost 15 - 20 I have made an order for refund of the product which I had received.
1stly the handset was a duplicate as well as all the parts in the phone wer duplicate which was confirmed my the apple store as well as with the help of EMI number the handset is also out of warranty and 2 years old.
2ndly it's been 15 days I didn't get the refund for which whenever I call you i dnt get satisfying answers nor is the refund being processed . Always a flash hope of 3 days, 5 days or 7 days is given however to which it's been 15 days now and more 5 days are being asked. If I dnt get the refund by Tom I have to lodge a complain in the consumer forum Was this information helpful? |
