Amazon India — IPhone 6

My hubby gifted me iPhone6 from amazon a month back. But after completing 3 weeks Its home button stopped working beside that it started rebooting abruptly. I was not able to call or connect to network because of the multiple reboots. When I showed it to apple service centre they said its been repaired and I should take the same device or should go to store from where I bought and ask them to replace it. Either amazon or apple both have been selling refurbish device on discount or cheating people. As it was not even month and iPhones both software and hardware was not working properly. I need iPhone to be replaced as that is not an appropriate product to use if its functioning this way. Amazon should be more careful towards selling this kind of products to customer.
