Amazon India — irresponsible behavior of customer care representatives and incorrect tracking details updated in account | |||||
I placed an order for a microware on the 13th of may'18. I waited for the product for two weeks and it got cancelled without any notification to me. When i checked amazon, it said that "the customer refused to accept the order." when in the first place, i was not contacted by anybody to deliver the product. I contacted amazon customer care, i was told that the product was not delivered to me because the package was damaged. This means that amazon updates the tracking status wrongly. I was told to place the order again. I did it on the 1st of june'18. I did it. Again, amazon has failed to deliver it on the promised date and tracking is updated incorrectly saying the "the address is incorrect." I spoke to the customer care again and the representative agreed that the tracking is incorrect. So basically, i have been trying to get a microwave delivered from the past 1 month. Amazon - i have a suggestion, please ensure transparency with the customer. We trust you. Please don't make us regret it. Wrong tracking information can be a case once in a while and not twice in a row. This is clearly a fishy case. Was this information helpful? | |||||
