Amazon India — Issue not resolved more than a month time

My order id :

i raised complaint on 29th may 2021, it has not resolved so far.

I’m sorry that the pickup of the damaged item you have received has not been completed yet.

I have created a new pick up for tomorrow. I see that Amazon Transportation Services is the courier assigned to pick up the package. I’ve forwarded a request to the transportation team to complete the pickup as soon as possible.

In case if the pick up is not done tomorrow, You can expect the pickup to be completed in the next 24 to 72 hours.

i raised n number of complaints regarding this nothing has happened .
