Amazon India — Issue with ordering products

COD option is locked in my Amazon account due to unknown reasons. I have contacted the customer care and escalated many times regarding the same. But till now there is no proper response from the team and always getting misleading informations. Totally frustrated in contacting them
every single time .

ORDER #[protected] i have contacted the customer care team above 8 times and waits 35+ day thay changed the date of crediting continuously and at last thay said iam not eligible with out any reason the screenshot regarding is below
