Amazon India — issue with refund and delivery of product | |
I ordered 2 products worth ~1100 and I got cashback of 250 Amazon pay. My orders got cancelled with incorrect message that customer refused delivery. There was no delivery attempted and not even a single phone call made to me. Anyways, as the order got cancelled I was expecting full refund, which did not happened. I got the refund but after deduction of Amazon Pay Balance of 250 Rs. Ideally I should get my 1100 Rs back - why should I take 250 in the form of Amazon pay balance which is of NO USE to me. In order to use 250 Amazon Pay Balance I tried to orders 7-8 products but they are also not getting delivered because either they are getting damaged in transition or some or the other reasons. I NEED REFUND IN THE ACTUAL MODE OF PAYMENT.
