Amazon India — Item not Delivered after payment

Dear sir/ madam. I booked the item and Order#[protected], Tracking ID:[protected]. I got call on 22/10/2020 and your courier boy asked me delivery address. I have given and was waiting for him but he didn't turned up. He was some where and doing phone. He couldnt deliver my item but I surprised to see that the order was rejected by me. This is totally wrong feedback given by your delivery boy. I booked the item and paid also. How can I rejected. This is not fair business by Amazone and I never expected. This is nothing but cheating to customer and playing you with our money. Kindly deliver the item shich I have given the address otherwise, I will go legal action against your organisation.
