Amazon India — item not delivered and refund not initiated

I have ordered a battery for Asus ZenFone on 24 Jul on Amazon site, but the item was not delivered and after several calls to customer care for more than one month, till now, the refund was not initiated. I'm mentally tortured. I need a refund and compensation for my mental harassment. Every day customer care executive is giving different stories regarding refund. I have call recordings. Pls help and do needful
