Amazon India — Item not delivered but delivery status updated | |||||
I placed an order which Amazon broke in several packages. I received all packages but not one. The status suddenly changed to delivered and that I myself have received the package which was a false information. There was no delivery from Amazon on the mentioned date in my apartment complex. I was present in my house all day and later checked the entry logs for that day at the security desk. There was no entry for any delivery from Amazon on that day's log. Now when I inform Amazon about this, they respond that as per their records the package is delivered. What should I do next to get this issue resolved? Was this information helpful? | |||||
