Amazon India — item not delivered since last 20 days

With reference to above subject, i would like to inform you that i have ordered one item (Glam eyeliner) on 3rd aug 19 with order no ([protected]).
But till date i have not received my item.
I have called at your customer care at least of 10 times but still not received any status of my order.
Please let me now, how many times i need to call the customer care for the status of my product.
Looking for the prompt action on same.
