This is with reference to missing items in Order id[protected]
I had ordered for 3 packs of Olay Day cream + Night cream. That is a total of 6 items. But I received only 1 pack ie 2 items. I paid fully in cash but to my horror found that 2/3 of my order was missing. I immediately placed a complaint as soon as I could connect to your CS on 16th Dec and was promised that it will be refunded and action will be taken after payment has been settled with the delivery agent. Nothing happened so I called again on 18th Dec and was promised again that action will be taken after 4 working days ie 22nd Dec and money will be refunded to my bank account. I have been following up every 2-3 days but nothing is happened.
Today is 8th Jan but amount of Rs.2390 is not refunded to my bank account.
This is not expected from an esteemed company like Amazon. Was this information helpful? |
