Amazon India — Items not received as per order(missing item)

My ORDER #[protected].
I have ordered 49 items and I have not received one item (1kg of pear)
The item is missing when arrived, the packet seal is missing.

Investigation was done and AMAZON say the item was handover at the warehouse. It has gone missing some where between transit to delivery.

If the items were dispatched, why out of 49 items, 48 items were received and the one item (1Kg of pear) is missing.

Out of the three packages that were delivered one packet the seal is removed or damaged.

I did ask your customer service if you could confirm in your investigation that the delivery guy has delivered the three packets intact?

No answer.

I would like to bring to your kind attention and your help to resolve the non-delivered item refunded.

Hope you could review my case and give a favorable reply.
