My Order No. ID[protected] Above mentioned Item against my above referred Order was delivered on March 27, 2015. The box was opened on Saturday, March 28, 2015 and found following shortcomings / problems in the product purchased from AMAZON: - Heating Pad is found empty, Gel is not filled in the Heating Pad. Without Gel, Heating pad cannot be used. - It is not clear whether heating circuit is working or not in absence of Gel inside Heating pad. But on connecting to Electric Power Point, heating of Pad does not take place. You are requested to supply the Gel separately with instructions for filling in the Pad or supply another Heating pad filled with Gel. Your prompt action is requested. JIMMY ADAJANIA
