Amazon India — Kazam Thunder Mobile 2.5.0 Big | |||
I bought one Kazam thunder 2.5.0 mobile (while) from Amazon on 4.10.16. From day one the mobile often resot to black screen, battery drains very fast even in idle condition, software updates(system updates) fails to instal. Despite number of complaints neither Amazon nor the seller could resolve the issue. I got a reply from the seller the warranty is over and you take up the issue with the manufacturer. I wrote to Kazam Help, UK and got a reply from Mr.Thomas stating that I am living in India and he could resolve the issues only to those who are using the mobile set in other countries. Now the Kazam thunder 2.5.0 mobile which bought on October, 2016 has become dead mobile as the phone system or android version got corrupt.
I felt as I was cheated by Amazon India.
