[Resolved] Amazon India — kids magic car not delivered and returned to the seller without my interaction | |||
Hi, I ordered one kids toy worth of 2000 around on 16th July 2019 and its about deliver on 18th - 22nd July. I got updated its getting delivery on 21st July only as early delivery. I told my son and he was very happy. We were eagerly waiting for the product delivery till late night and not delivered finally. and got updated as customer unable to contact. Then i raised complaints to Amazon customer care and they promised me as it will get delivered by next day.i.e., 22nd July. Same case again on 22nd July, we were waiting and got the update as customer unable to contact. I raised complaints 3 times before this to Amazon. No use. Finally i called once again and spoke to executive for around 2hrs for the issue resolve. He promised me as you will get it for sure max by 25th July, 2019. I thought its ok. On 25th July, 2019 simply i got message as your product return to the seller and your amount will be refunded. I am not understanding here what Amazon is thinking about the customer and their feelings. I was really unable manage my son when this product was not delivered. Literally, Amazon played with my and my son emotions. I should raise a complaint and need an immediate action. Please help me on this. Thanks, Surya Was this information helpful? | |||
