Amazon India — Lack of integrity and dishonest and dishonest operational policies | |||||
I had requested returns for a specific product from Amazon on the 14th oct 2016 . The website very efficiently displayes an option where the customer can chose the date and time of pick up of the product that is intended for returns . However the following day that is 15th which is when the returns was scheduled I get a text from Amazon stating that the returns has been rescheduled . I have waited for a week with call and mails to Amazon customer service with the same montonous response " 24-48 hours " which for Amazon never ends . Interestingly Amazon is happy to deliver products to the exact same address but not initiate pick up for returns ? How cool is that Amazon .in . Shame on you Was this information helpful? | |||||
