Hello, i ordered hp pavilion laptop from amazon on 18th of August 2022 and On 23rd they delivered me another laptop which is hp series but not hp pavilion.
I reported and filed for exchange after 30 minutes from delivery and they told me to call after 3days investigation so call us on 27th i called and they said exchange is not available we will return and refund i said ok.
On 28th the pickup agent came and he refused to take the laptop and said they didn't mention the reason i have to take hp pavilion laptop not another one tell the customer support.
I called them and they said we are sorry and they rescheduled the pickup again to 30th the agent didn't call nor did he come and just canceled the pickup.
I was confused i contacted support and again they said sorry and when i don't have other option we will rescheduled tge pickup.
Today again the agent never called and i was waiting all day near the door and he never came i have been waiting 3days at home for an agent to show up but they didn't showup.
I am really angry at this situation they are wasting my time and never resolving this issue.
